Annual Letter from Bill Gates on poor countries.

In the annual letter from the Bill and Melinda Gates they tell us 3 myths about poor countries, and in 2035 left open the possibility that perhaps these countries are no longer poor because they have emerging economies that only need guidance and external support in order to develop:

• Myth 1 - Poor countries are doomed to be poor 
• Myth 2 - External Assistance is a big waste 
• Myth 3 - Saving lives results in overcrowding
